  • Newland Staffing (NLS) is a recruiting company specializing in sourcing reliable workers from the Hmong and Burmese communities for for diverse industries across the United States. 

  • ​Our areas of expertise include food processing, manufacturing, construction, warehousing, janitorial services, hospitality, healthcare, and administration.
     

4.   HOW NEWLAND GROUP’S TWO PROGRAMS WORK

  • Both recruitment programs are combined into one package. While the EB-3 process is ongoing. 

  • We supply domestic Burmese and Hmong workers to meet immediate staffing needs until the first group of foreign workers from the EB-3 program start working.

Our Responsibilities.

  • Sponsor Communication & Relationship Management: Contract and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with sponsor companies.

  • Job Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling and arranging interviews with sponsor companies.

  • Document Coordination: Collect and share necessary documents between sponsors, and applicants.

  • Liaison with Immigration Law Firm: Facilitate communication with the immigration law firm for sponsors, and applicants.

  • Applicant Support: Assist applicants prepare documentation and understand the immigration process as directed by the attorney.

  • Status Updates: Provide regular updates on application status to applicants and sponsors.

  • Pre-Employment Assistance: Provide basic settlement service for applicants before and after arrival.

  • Commitment to Quality: Deliver high-quality services to both applicants and employers, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes.
