1. IS THERE ANY COST TO AN EMPLOYER?

If the employer joins the EB-3 Visa Sponsor Program, the referral fee ranges from $0 to $1,500 per hire, depending on the job opening.

If the employer DOES NOT join the EB-3 Visa Sponsor Program, the referral fee is $2,500 per hire.

2. HOW SOON CAN WE HIRE?

It depends on the job description, the wage the sponsor is offering, and the specific cities and states where the workers are coming from.

3. HOW LONG WILL THEY WORK FOR US?

Most of the time, workers remain very loyal to the employer if they are satisfied with their working conditions.

4. HOW TO HIRE THEM?

This referral program facilitates direct hiring by the employer. After we provide each candidate's resume, the employer conducts virtual interviews and follows their standard hiring process to make the final decision.

5. HOW OFTEN PAY REFERRAL FEE?

After hiring the referred employee, if the employer is satisfied, we will send the invoice based on the total number of hires after the first month.
