EB-3 VISA FOREIGN WORKER PROGRAM

1.   WHO CAN APPLY

  • Unskilled Workers: Be able to perform unskilled labor (requiring less than two years of training or experience) that is not temporary or seasonal.

  • Skilled Workers: Provide evidence of at least two years of relevant work experience, education, or training for the job.

  • No Illegal Status History: Must not have any history of illegal immigration status

  • Legal Documentation: Submit all required documents, including proof of qualifications, passport, identity, and any prior work experience.

  • Medical Examination: Undergo a medical examination as part of the visa application process.

  • Background Checks: Pass security and background checks as required by U.S. immigration authorities.

  • Commitment to Work: Be ready to relocate to the U.S. and commit to the employment terms provided by the sponsoring employer.

  • Cover Personal Costs: Able to cover personal immigration-related expenses, such as attorney fees and visa application fees, unless the employer covers these costs.

Applicant Responsibilities.

  • Compliance with Immigration Laws: Adherence to all rules and guidelines set by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

  • Background Check: Clearance of security and background checks by U.S. authorities.

  • No Bad Job History: Provide job references.
